The Challenge: To lock down and abate Lead-Based Paint on the exterior metal trim with a minimum of surface disturbance.

Results: A GLOBAL Encasement System was chosen as the solution for this task. This historic 1910 building is located on Market Street in San Francisco, where there is a great deal of pedestrian traffic.
The ease of material application with little preparation resulted in a minimum of disturbance of the Lead-Based Paint. R.I.P.™ Rust-Inhibiting Primer was used to spot prime any rust. PrepLESS Primer™ was then applied to lock down all peeling and flaking paint. Custom tinted LeadLock™ Topcoat completed the System.
